Earlier this school year a new award scheme was brought in. The Achievement Award scheme awards pupils for the work they do out of school.
There are 4 different categories to this award; Active Award, Additional Commitment Award, Altruism Award and Ambassador Award. The Active Award is awarded to pupils who train more than 5 hours a week in a sport OR if a pupil is a regional or national champion in a sport. The Additional Commitment award is earned by taking part in an activity, other than sports, that benefit something other than themselves. An Altruism Award can be awarded for caring or supporting someone regularly, e.g. someone with a disability, OR performing an act of bravery. The final award ,the Ambassador Award, is awarded for representing Queen Anne in any activity, trip or event other than a sport.
